Calcium, Vitamin D and many other essential nutrients are found in the dairy products, but these products sometimes become a major source of fat. So it will better if you choose the fat free dairy products. Make your food in the good oils, like olive oil. Try to avoid the oily food as much as you can because they contain some fatty calories or empty calories. Deep fried food makes you lethargic and less energetic.
